Yes, all our IEMs and headphones include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and internal component failures from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for high-fidelity audio gear?
We offer a 14-day return period for products in like-new condition with all original packaging. Please note that shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Are the cables on THIEAUDIO IEMs replaceable?
